SENATE BILL NO. 292 "An Act relating to transfers of prisoners                 
under the Interstate Corrections Compact" which had been held in               
second reading (page 4045) was before the Senate.                              
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 292 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading                
and placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.            
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 292 was read the third time.                                   
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 292 "An Act                        
relating to transfers of prisoners under the Interstate Corrections            
Compact" pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the following
